By ticking the consent box when signing in to the My Wardrobe app, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to Roman Gennadievich Karkhu, self-employed, INN 780224710416, address: 198264, St Petersburg, Veteranov Ave., 171 bldg. 5, apt. 2064, Russia (the Operator), to process my personal data. I confirm that I am at least 14 years old.
Data: email address; city, its coordinates and time zone; clothing preferences; photos of items and their descriptions; app usage history (outfits, ratings, "wore it" marks); Premium payment details; the notification subscription address if I turned on the morning reminder; technical data (sign-in times, request logs, a random app installation ID, the tag of the link I came from my answer to "How did you hear about us?", my gender and age if I gave them); on the website and in the web version, VK Ads pixel data (cookies, IP address, browser and device type, pages opened, ad clicks, the "registration" event) and Yandex Metrica data (the same details, clicks and scrolling, a recording of actions on the page without what is typed into the email and code fields).
Purposes: providing the app's features — wardrobe, weather-aware outfits, history, trip packing; sign-in and security; account and payment emails; tips emails during the first week after sign-up (unsubscribe via the link in the email); the morning outfit of the day reminder if I turned it on; anonymous statistics to improve the app; measuring the results of the app's ads on VK and showing ads to people who visited the website; finding inconvenient places on the website.
Actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction; with automated means.
Recipients (to the extent needed for the purpose): the hosting provider Beget (Beget LLC, Russia) — data storage and sending emails on the Operator's behalf; YooKassa (NCO YooMoney LLC, Russia) — when paying for Premium, without the email address; VK LLC (Russia) — VK Ads pixel data from the website and the web version, without the email address or other account data; YANDEX LLC (Russia) — Yandex Metrica data from the website and the web version. Term: until the account is deleted or consent is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn by writing to moy.garderob.app@yandex.ru or by deleting the account in the app (Profile → Delete account).
